Cinnamon powder has long been an important spice in Persian cuisine, used in a variety of thick soups, drinks, and sweets. It is often mixed with rosewater or other spices to make a cinnamon-based curry powder for stews or just sprinkled on sweet treats.
Ten grams (about 2.1 teaspoons) of Cinnamon Powder contain:

Fat: 0.12 g
Carbohydrates: 8.06 g (of which – fibres: 5.31 g, sugars: 0.2 g)
Protein: 0.4 g

+ Moisture: 12 % max
+ Cinnamon powder with 1 to 3% volatile oil
+ Size: 100% through mesh 60 holes/cm2
+ Packing: 25Kg,50kg/PP PE bag or your requirements
+ Quantity: 16 MT/ 20 FCL
+ Supply period: all year round.
