Succulent Grilled Meatloaf with a Hint of Organic Black Pepper

For the meatloaf:

  • 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef (preferably from the shoulder part)
  • 1 sliced bread (torn or chopped into smaller pieces)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 onion (or sweet onion), finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp Miss Vietspice - Organic Black Pepper powder
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1⁄2 – 2⁄3 cup whole milk or half-and-half

For the tomato sauce:

  • 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 – 4 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1⁄2 cup tomato sauce


    • Preparing the Meatloaf: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread pieces, egg, chopped onion, salt, Miss Vietspice - Organic Black Pepper powder, and tomato sauce. Gradually add the milk while mixing, ensuring that the meat mixture remains moist but not too wet.
    • Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and wrap it securely in aluminum foil.
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Place the wrapped meatloaf on a baking tray and cook for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, ensuring the meat is fully cooked through.
    • Tomato Sauce: While the meatloaf is cooking, prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, dark brown sugar, and tomato sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are integrated.
    • Once the meatloaf is cooked and out of the oven, carefully unwrap the foil. Pour the prepared tomato sauce over the meatloaf, ensuring it's evenly coated.
