Sweet Morning with Organic Cinnamon Rolls

Wake up to the delightful aroma and comforting taste of Organic Cinnamon Rolls. These aren’t just ordinary cinnamon rolls; they blend pure, natural flavors, enhancing your sweet breakfast experience. Using Miss Vietspice - Organic Cinnamon, we bring a unique twist to the traditional breakfast treat.


Dough Ingredients:

  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 165ml full cream fresh milk
  • 5g dry yeast
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Miss Vietspice - Organic cinnamon powder
  • 10g unsalted butter
  • 1 egg

Filling Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp organic cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (20g)


For the dough:

  • Warm the milk, then mix evenly with yeast and sugar.
  • Add the egg, flour, organic cinnamon powder, salt, and baking powder and mix until combined.
  • Let the dough rest for 10 minutes, then incorporate the butter and knead until smooth.
  • Let the dough rise for 1 hour.

For the filling:

  • Melt the butter, then add condensed milk, sugar, and organic cinnamon powder, stirring until well combined.


  • Dust a work surface lightly with flour. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling mixture over the surface and roll up.
  • Slice the dough roll into pieces and place them on a baking tray. Let them puff up in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C), then reduce the temperature to 338°F (170°C) and bake for 20 minutes. Once done, enjoy your cinnamon rolls!

Tips: Depending on the number of rolls you intend to make, you might need to adjust the size of the rolled-out dough and the thickness of each slice. Below are guidelines to help you determine how many rolls to cut to fit your baking dish:

For 6 large rolls:

  • Use a small rectangular baking dish about 6 inches x 9 inches, a 5-inch x 9-inch loaf pan, or an 8-inch round baking pan (the rolls will puff up and bake to fit the pan).
  • Roll the dough into approximately 12 x 12 inches square and cut into 6 equal rolls, each about 2 inches wide.

For 8 to 9 slightly smaller rolls:

  • Use an 8-inch or 9-inch round baking pan or an 8-inch or 9-inch square baking dish. You can also use a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Roll the dough into approximately 13 x 13 inches square and cut into 9 equal rolls.
