Ingredients	Tomato, corn starch, onion, garlic, tapioca starch, shallot, black pepper, coriander seeds, chilli, annatto, cilantro leaf, cinnamon, oregano leaf, bay leaf, thyme leaf, basil leaf, parsley leaf, rock sugar, iodized salt, monosodium glutamate (621), Silicon dioxide (E551) (to make free flowing)

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Step 1: Season 1 Kg beef with 14 tsp (70% of the bag) of seasoning. Keep for more than 15 minutes.
Step 2: Stir chopped shallot with butter or cooking oil, then pour beef into the same pot, cook and stir within 3 minutes.
Step 3: Pour cut carrot and water into the pot so that the water covers all the mixture. Cook until the meat is well done and tender.
Step 4: Pour the balanced seasoning and cut onion into the pot, stir the mixture and cook until the sauce gets thick.
