DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Step 1: Season 1 kg of chicken meat with one bag of Seasoning. Keep more than 15 minutes.
Step 2: Stir chopped shallot / garlic with hot cooking oil in the pot, then pour chicken meat into the same pot, stir chicken meat so as for oil to fully cover the surface of chicken meat. Cover the pot with lid and simmer within 3 minutes.
Step 3: Pour water into the pot so as for water to barely cover chicken meat, simmer until water gets thick and chicken meat gets well done.
Step 4: Use braised chicken with steamed rice.
Can use seasoning for cooking braised pork meat, braised chicken.
