DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Step 1: Season 1 kg of fish with one bag of Seasoning. Keep more than 15 minutes.
Step 2: Stir chopped shallot with hot cooking oil in the pot, then pour fish into the same pot, stir fish so as for oil to fully cover the surface of fish. Cover the pot with lid and simmer within 3 minutes.
Step 3: Pour water into the pot so as for water to barely cover fish, simmer until water getting thick and duck meat getting well done.
Step 4: Use braised fish with steamed rice.
Can use seasoning for cooking braised pork meat/chicken/fish.
