DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Step 1: Season 1 kg of pork ribs / shrimp with one bag of Seasoning. Keep more than 15 minutes.
Step 2: Stir chopped shallot / garlic with hot cooking oil in the pot, then pour pork ribs/shrimp into the same pot, stir pork ribs / shrimp so as for oil to fully cover all material. Cover the pot with lid and simmer within 3 minutes.
Step 3: Pour water into the pot so as for water to barely cover pork ribs / shrimp,
Step 4: Use braised pork ribs / shrimp with steamed rice.
Can use seasoning for cooking braised pork meat/chicken/fish.
