DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Step 1: Season 1kg of chicken/ pork ribs/ shrimp with one bag of seasoning. Keep within 15-20 minutes.
Step 2: Stir chopped shallot /chives bulb with hot cooking oil in the pot, then pour chicken/ pork ribs/ shrimp into the same pot and stir within 3 minutes.
Step 3: Pour 0.7-1 liters of water into the pot, stir the mixture together then stew for around 15-20 minutes. Pour quail egg (if any) into the pot, stew for around 5 minutes.
Step 4: Use with vermicelli, noodle (Mỳ Quảng), spring onion, roasted peanut, aromatic vegetables.
