DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Step 1: Season 1 kg of beef with 15 tsp (80% of bag) of Seasoning. Keep more than 15 minutes.
Step 2: Stir chopped shallot, garlic, and crushed lemongrass with hot cooking oil in the pot, then pour beef into the same pot, cook and stir beef within 3 minutes. Pour water into pot and stew within 1 hour. (Using coconut water makes better flavour).
Step 3: Pour cut carrot into the same pot and stew until beef getting well done and tender.
Step 4: Pour the balance of Seasoning bag and sliced onion into the pot, and cook within 5 minutes and use with bread or vermicelli, noodle, aromatic vegetables.
