- 2 pounds beef (can use lean beef or lean beef, depending on preference)

- 1/4 cup sauce soy
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp chili powder (depending on family preference)
- 1 tsp salt
- Ziploc bag or food container
Step 1: Prepare beef
First, you need to cut the beef into thin slices, about 1/4 inch thick. Make sure to completely remove excess fat from the meat
Step 2: Create spice mixture
Mix all the spices: Organic Miss Vietspice Black Pepper, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, minced garlic, chili powder, and salt. Make sure to form a homogeneous mixture.
Step 3: Marinate the beef
Place the beef slices in a Ziploc bag or food storage container and pour the spice mixture over the beef. Spread the spice mixture evenly over the beef, then seal the Ziploc bag or food container. Marinate the beef in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the meat to absorb the flavors.
Step 4: Dry the beef
First of all, place the meat drying net on the baking or drying tray. Place the marinated beef slices on the mesh so they don't touch each other.
Place the roasting or drying tray in the oven on the lowest setting, about 170-180 degrees F. Dry the beef for about 4-6 hours or until they are dry and firm.
