Ingredients:
- 2 cans canned tuna meat (choose whole, oil-free tuna meat)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Salad greens (fresh raw leafy vegetables, such as leafy greens, collard greens)
- A few cherry tomatoes, halved
- A few cucumber, cut into strips (cucumber, cut into strips)
- 2 tsp mayonnaise (mayonnaise)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Ground Lemongrass
- 1 tsp sugar (depending on taste)
- Salt and pepper according to taste
Method
- Drain the tuna flesh by placing it in a colander and applying light pressure to remove the water.
- Use your hands or a spoon to chop the tuna meat into small pieces
- Put all the seasonings in a bowl, including: mayonnaise, lemon juice, Ground Lemongrass, sugar, salt and pepper. Make sure to create a uniform spice mixture.
- Pour the spice mixture into the bowl containing the prepared tuna meat. Stir well so the tuna meat absorbs the seasoning flavor.
