DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Step 1: Season 1 kg of duck meat with one bag of Seasoning.
Step 2: Stir chopped shallot / garlic with hot cooking oil in the pot, then pour duck meat into the same pot, stir duck meat so as for oil to fully cover the surface of duck meat. Cover the pot with lid and simmer within 3 minutes.
Step 3: Pour water into the pot so as for water to barely cover duck meat, stew until water gets thick and duck meat gets well done.
Step 4: Use stewed duck with steamed rice.
Can use seasoning for cooking braised pork meat/chicken/fish.
